As we move into the new year, we are taking a moment to reflect on the growth, resilience, and collective impact that defined NIRCO in 2025. Over the past month, we have been sharing highlights from the programs, partnerships, and initiatives that shaped our work and strengthened our community.

At our core, we believe reflection fuels transformation. Looking back allows us to recognize how far we have come, honor the people and partnerships that made it possible, and carry that momentum forward into the year ahead.

This year was about leveling up together.

Recovery is not a straight line, and neither is community change. Throughout the year, we celebrated progress over perfection, learned from challenges, and continued to show up for individuals, families, and systems with compassion and purpose. November marked a meaningful milestone as NIRCO celebrated six years of service. Six years of showing up for our community. Six years of learning, growing, and evolving. Six years of proving that when people come together with lived experience, compassion, and purpose, real and lasting change is possible.

That anniversary was not just about looking back. It reaffirmed our commitment to the future.
