At NIRCO, we are dedicated to promoting the principles of wellness and recovery for individuals, families, and communities affected by substance use and mental health disorders. Our foundation is built on four essential pillars: Recovery Support, Education, Advocacy, and Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC). A ROSC is a coordinated network of community-based services. It supports that are person-centered and build on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use disorders.
