That’s why we’re proud to present the “Mommy & Me” Recovery Education Series, in partnership with Readjust Your Crown. This 8-week series isn’t just for moms—it's for everyone: women, men, youth, and elders alike. If you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or emotionally disconnected because of your relationship with your mother or child, this series was created with you in mind.

Course Highlights:

Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll unpack, reflect, and grow through topics like:

Week 2: The Effects of a Stained Mother-Child Bond
Week 3: Breaking the Cycle – Reparenting Yourself
Week 4: Boundaries, Communication & Confronting the Past
