SMART Recovery

SMART Recovery at NIRCO offers a supportive, science-based space for anyone working to change addictive or harmful behaviors.

Using practical tools from CBT and motivational science, participants learn to build motivation, manage urges, shift unhelpful thinking, and create balanced, meaningful lives. Meetings are peer-led, non-judgmental, and focused on empowering people to take charge of their recovery journey.
