This one-day, in-person training equips community members, peer supporters, and frontline staff with skills to provide compassionate, effective warm hand-offs for individuals seeking recovery support.

Participants will learn how to bridge the gap between crisis, treatment, and long-term recovery using person-centered, trauma-informed assistance.
